  • Currently, Kakuen can only be obtained through trait combining (see Transformations)

Bonus Effects

  • As a Kakuen, Strength training provides a charisma and intelligence boost when finishing a workout


  • When first transforming into a Kakuen, their appearance will override to have a large chest and huge butt. If the player is male they will also change to female. If their age is set to mature adult, they will grow one breast size higher than listed.
