Overview

The Desert is an area that the player can explore to undergo quests, receive unique traits, as well as fish (for more fishing information visit Fishing.)

Exploring

Exploring the Desert gives is not possible unless the player finds a way to endure the harsh weather.

• Some traits are effective while traveling at day while some traits are more effective while at night.

Properly exploring the Desert unlocks new locations in the area, as well as random events.

Locations

Below lists the things that you can do and find in the Desert.

Strange Obelisk

When you explore, there is a small chance to encounter an Obelisk that is used to solve The Mechanical Codex.

• Only one Obelisk can be discovered at any location per week.

Stone Tablet

You only have to encounter the stone tablet once, from then on it will be freely accessible.

There are two traits that can be obtained from the stone tablet.

Desert Oasis

While fishing there is a chance to obtain the Scaled trait, this can be re-obtained if they lose the trait.

• You may also fish here normally. (see Fishing)

• If you visit the Desert Oasis at night as a Siren with at least 300 base dexterity, you may undergo a quest to receive the Divine Sunfish trait.
