Apartment / homes are a core point for the player

there are a number of things the player can do when owning a house or renting the apartment such as

Sleep -- (if the player sleep for 8 or more the player is giving the Well rested buff and get rid of Exhaustion )
Cook food -- (from the start the player can cook simple food such Scrambled Eggs and Grilled Cheese but there are more but they require Cooking Skill)
Shower -- (If the player takes a shower the player is given the Fresh & Clean)
Masturbate
Use the laptop
watch TV -- (If the player have bought a tv at Hammerhead Tech the player can watch news, movies, sports, and shows)
Decorate -- (there are many places that the player can buy stuff to decorate their living place, here is a list of items)
Paint walls -- (Just simply paint the walls a color)
Invite someone over -- (If the player have the friend status with an NPC)

Once the player have reached the friend status with an NPC they can start inviting them over and chat with them

with an NPC over the player can chat with them and chat for one time boost the relationship status home bonus
the player can also have sex with an npc if they have confessed their feeling for the npc and the relationship is ~600 or above
