The Bluefin Development Center is a location found within the business district that allows the player to develop skills or increase individual stats at the cost of money.

==== Stat Training ====

At the start of every day, the player would be able to select a trait to increase by one point, training would take 1 hour of in-game time and would require $25/session. This action can be performed twice per-day

* Having the cheaper stats skill from the skill tree will permanently decrease the cost of training to $15/session.

==== Skill Courses ====

Five times per week, the player is able to select a skill to train, each course takes 8 hours of in-game time and requires $75/session. once a skill has been trained to maximum progress, the player will master the skill and obtain the associated trait.

* The player can continue progress in any skill until it has mastered, if the player loses the trait after mastering, they may come back to restart they progress.

* It takes 4 courses initially to learn a skill
